We were approached by Broadgate Estates (BE) to assist in the recruitment of an Estate Director for East Village, a high-profile project with significant legacy, regeneration, and affordable housing aspects. The role required someone with experience in managing large residential blocks and possessing senior managerial capabilities

The Challenge

The recruitment process needed to maintain anonymity at all times regarding the organisations involved in the project. Additionally, gathering Equal Opportunities data on candidates and protecting the brand's integrity were paramount.
