Over the years, we have successfully recruited eight Roving Facilities Managers for Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm. These roles are based out of their UK head office at 125 Old Broad Street, London, and involve overseeing multi-site, multi-client portfolios across various property types.
The Challenge
The primary objective of the Roving Facilities Manager is to support Cushman & Wakefield in delivering exceptional facilities management services. This includes developing and implementing service strategies and business plans, managing budgets, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Budget Management: Preparing and managing budgets for multiple sites, ensuring they are approved by line managers and met within agreed parameters.

• Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, service providers, and statutory bodies.
• Performance Monitoring: Coordinating the production of performance reports, analyzing results, and implementing continuous improvement measures.
• Health and Safety: Ensuring all health and safety matters are effectively managed.
