The Challenge
Reporting directly to the Group Operations Director, the Group Facilities Director would lead the Facilities function across Penguin Random House's entire UK and Ireland estate, ensuring that workplace operations, property assets and Facilities services fully supported the organisation's long-term business objectives.
The successful candidate would take responsibility for a significant operational portfolio, including:
