SOLT sought individuals to helm key roles crucial for their operational and strategic endeavors. The first position, Operations Manager, demanded a multifaceted approach to overseeing IT, building management, health & safety, and operational support across their offices and iconic TKTS Leicester Square building. The second role, Interim Building Refresh Project Manager, required spearheading a visionary property refresh initiative for a central London building, aligning spatial strategy with cultural and employee engagement objectives.
