Your Role:

As Building Operations Support, you will be at the heart of our clients operations, ensuring their properties are managed to the highest standards. You'll provide crucial administrative support, compliance monitoring, and liaison with service partners and occupiers, maintaining excellent communication and service levels across their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Support: Maintain accurate property records, coordinate fire drills, inspections, and keep all handbooks up-to-date.

• Occupier Liaison: Build and sustain strong relationships with occupiers, addressing facility-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Hard Services Management: Oversee M&E and lift service contracts, ensuring all records and inspections are up to date.

• Soft Services Monitoring: Ensure cleaning and soft services meet high standards, manage security contracts, and comply with safety requirements.

• Repairs & Maintenance: Monitor maintenance works, liaise with contractors, and ensure minimal disruption to occupiers.

• Health & Safety: Conduct daily walkthroughs, ensure compliance with all regulations, and keep health and safety records meticulously updated.

• Sustainability Initiatives: Record and report monthly energy readings, participate in Environmental Forum meetings, and promote sustainable practices.
