Position Details:

Role: Building Services Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

Responsibilities:

As our Building Services Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients facility runs smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Prioritising and organising building service requests to ensure cost-effective and timely completion.

• Providing proactive information about building services to all users.

• Assisting with office moves, coordinating arrangements to minimize disruption.

• Working with the HSEQ team to ensure compliance with statutory legislation and company policy.

• Assisting with the organization and delivery of preventative maintenance and repair works.

• Managing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring completion within budget and deadlines.

• Monitoring meeting rooms and common areas for cleanliness and readiness.

• Liaising with the security team to ensure the safety and security of building users and equipment.

• Providing technical/practical support to building users.

Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience delivering building services support in a similar working environment.

• Practical skills for routine property maintenance work.

Desired:

• Previous experience in a Facilities/Building Services Team.

• Electrical Qualification.

• Demonstrable Painting/Decorating skills.

• Experience with office portering (moving furniture).

• Knowledge of IT equipment and AV systems.
