As the business continues to evolve and expand, we are recruiting for an experienced Corporate Services Manager for a 1 Year Maternity Cover Contract to lead a broad operational function across Facilities Management, Workplace Strategy, Projects, and Corporate Services.
This is a senior leadership role, requiring strategic oversight and hands-on execution across a diverse remit – from facilities and contract management to fit-outs, front-of-house, IT coordination, and real estate. You’ll be instrumental in shaping and maintaining a world-class office environment that enables high performance and reflects the firm’s premium brand
Role Overview:
The Corporate Services Manager will take ownership of all non-core business operations across the firm’s UK office portfolio, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional workplace experience. This role demands both strategic vision and operational rigour, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and commercial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and deliver the corporate services strategy, aligning with business objectives and long-term operational goals.
· Oversee all aspects of Facilities Management, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and efficient working environment.
· Manage office fit-outs, work place transformations, and capital projects – from design through to delivery.
· Own all vendor and contract management ,including service-level agreements, performance monitoring, and procurement(RFPs, renewals, negotiations).
· Partner with IT and internal teams to ensure workplace technologies support productivity and collaboration.
· Oversee Front of House and reception teams to ensure a premium client and employee experience.
· Maintain strong working relationships with landlords, consultants, and external service providers.
· Manage real estate and space planning strategy, ensuring best use of office footprint and anticipating future business needs.
· Develop and track departmental budgets, identify efficiencies, and ensure cost-effective operations.
· Lead on compliance, health & safety, risk management, and business continuity planning.
· Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and service through your leadership and influence across the organisation.
What Our Client is Looking For:
· Extensive experience in a senior-level facilities or corporate services management role within a professional or financial services environment.
· Proven track record in delivering workplace change, projects, and operational leadership.
· Strong knowledge of contract management, compliance, health & safety, and operational standards.
· Commercially astute with experience managing large budgets and driving cost-efficiencies.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills – a trusted advisor and credible stakeholder at all levels.
· Highly organised, solutions-oriented, and resilient in a high-performance setting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace or FM software.
· Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. IWFM, RICS, PMP) highly desirable.
Education & Experience:
· Degree-qualified in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
· 7–10+ years’ experience in a multi-faceted corporate services or facilities leadership role.
