What We're Looking For:

• Experience & Knowledge: Certified Facility Manager qualification and NEBOSH/IOSH certifications, with experience in heritage buildings.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring high standards and compliance with regulations.

• Passion: A genuine interest in a career in facilities and building management within a cultural and historic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estates Maintenance & Restoration: Manage all aspects of the estate’s upkeep, repairs, and restoration projects, ensuring urgent maintenance requests are addressed promptly.

• Quality Service Delivery: Develop efficient processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure quality service across the estate.

• Technical & Operational Duties: Apply technical expertise to maintain high standards in public areas and back-of-house operations.

• Project Management: Oversee major projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, ensure value for money in contracts, and oversee service specifications.

• Health & Safety: Maintain a strong focus on health and safety within the team, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
