We are seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Assistant to join a dynamic team based in the heart of London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of office facilities and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building Maintenance: Collaborate with building service providers and contractors to maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pest control, office cleaning, and vending services.

• First-Line Response: Act as the first point of contact for callouts and assist with out-of-hours planned maintenance.

• Office Support: Assist with office moves, minor repairs, and ensure a clean, safe, and functional working environment.

• Budget & Supplier Management: Support with procurement, manage supplier contracts, and ensure services are delivered within budget, in line with KPIs.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all Group and local health and safety policies are followed and oversee First Aid and Fire Marshal arrangements.

• General Office Assistance: Oversee kitchenettes, stock office supplies, and manage archiving needs to ensure everything runs efficiently.

• Team Support: Collaborate with various teams and assist during busy periods or team absences.

About You:

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in both Hard and Soft Service Facilities management. NEBOSH or IOSH qualified (or equivalent).

Skills:

• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

• Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.

• Professional, customer-focused, and proactive in approach.
