Are you an experienced Facilities or Workplace professional looking for your next challenge? We’re partnering with a growing, forward-thinking organisation to recruit a Facilities &Workplace Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring a safe, smooth, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Taking day-to-day ownership of workplace operations, including cleaning, maintenance, utilities, mail, and access control.

· Coordinating repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance to keep the workplace running at its best.

· Managing access control systems, issuing key cards, and supporting smooth onboarding of new hires.

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring services meet agreed SLAs.

· Leading procurement of supplies, consumables,and workplace-related services.

· Acting as the first point of contact foremergency issues, including after-hours incidents where necessary.

· Supporting office moves, reconfigurations, andspace planning to accommodate business growth.

· Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including regular risk assessments and training.

What Our Client Looking For:

· Proven experience in Facilities Coordination, Workplace Operations, or Office Management.

· Strong vendor management and building operations knowledge.

· Familiarity with health & safety regulations and compliance processes.

· Flexible approach with the ability to provide occasional out-of-hours support.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to work confidently with cross-functional teams.

· Tech-savvy, with experience using facilities management systems (BMS, access control, ticketing platforms, etc.).
