Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

Pioneer Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with our clients Facilities Manager to lead a proactive and solution-focused approach in delivering top-tier FM services across all sites.

Master of Liaison: Forge strong partnerships with vendors and suppliers, orchestrating seamless site visits and obtaining competitive quotes to keep our properties pristine.

Guardian of Safety and Security: Take charge in managing H&S and security projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and safeguarding the well-being of our clients staff and properties.

Team Maestro: Direct and inspire our FM and Maintenance teams, stepping up in the absence of the Facilities Manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Communication Virtuoso: Serve as the linchpin between staff, suppliers, and management, addressing queries and requests with finesse and efficiency.

Efficiency Architect: Identify and implement operational efficiencies within our FM function, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: With at least 3 years of proven facilities management expertise in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, you're no stranger to the intricacies of supervisory roles.

Sector Savvy: Previous experience in property or retail sectors gives you a strategic edge, while familiarity with digital CAFM or helpdesk systems is a bonus.

Qualifications: While a relevant qualification in Facilities Management or a related field is desirable, your real superpower lies in your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.

Organizational Wizardry: You thrive in the hustle and bustle, effortlessly juggling multiple tasks while maintaining laser-sharp attention to detail.

Team Player: Collaboration is your middle name. You excel in team environments, bringing positivity, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pressure Performer: When the heat is on, you keep your cool, demonstrating impeccable organizational proficiency and initiative.
