The Role:

As our clients Facilities Manager, you'll be the linchpin in the management of our clients estate, overseeing a diverse array of buildings, outdoor spaces, and precinct areas. Reporting directly to the Head of Facilities Management, you'll lead a team to deliver operational services efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Efficiently manage our facilities and operations, both in-house and outsourced, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and contractors, fostering strong relationships to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Mentor and develop our Facilities Management apprentices, shaping the next generation of industry leaders.

• Champion health and safety standards, ensuring full compliance and a secure environment for all.

• Take ownership of areas and contracts, ensuring successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Manage contracts and suppliers, ensuring they fulfill their obligations and deliver value for money.

• Oversee facilities for events, ensuring they're managed and delivered flawlessly.

• Proactively seek improvements and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
