Role Overview:

As our clients Facilities Manager, you'll oversee the maintenance and safety of our clients premises, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Your responsibilities will include health & safety management, budget oversight, policy implementation, and contractor management.

What You'll Do:

• Implement robust health & safety policies and procedures.

• Manage facilities budgets effectively, ensuring best value.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

• Oversee building maintenance and contractor management.

• Act as the point of contact for our clients tenants.

What You'll Need:

• Relevant qualification in health & safety (e.g., NEBOSH).

• Previous experience in facilities management.

• Strong people management skills.

• Commitment to our mission and values.

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in charities

• First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Warden training.

• Knowledge of food safety.
