We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to join a dynamic professional services organisation in London. This pivotal role will ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the company’s offices, supporting staff and operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building maintenance, refurbishments, relocations, and space planning to meet evolving business needs.

• Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and third-party providers to ensure high-quality service and value for money.

• Maintain health & safety compliance, conduct risk assessments, and ensure emergency preparedness across offices.

• Lead and coordinate outsourced facilities teams, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.

• Prepare and manage facilities budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and monitor expenditure to support operational efficiency.

• Produce reports on facilities operations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Travel to other office locations on a weekly basis to ensure consistent service standards.

About You:

• Proven experience in facilities management, ideally within professional services or corporate environments.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.

• Proficient in contract management and tender processes, with strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office).

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation relevant to office premises.

• Experience managing teams, suppliers, and contractors, with a calm, solutions-focused approach.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch), with occasional additional hours as required.
