
Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking property company, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-quality commercial properties in London.
Reporting to the director, you’ll lead the delivery of exceptional building standards, maintenance excellence, and outstanding customer service across your sites.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring each property in your cluster is safe, compliant, and operating at peak efficiency. This includes:
• Managing planned and reactive maintenance across M&E systems, ensuring uptime and compliance.
• Overseeing service providers, contractors, and in-house technicians, driving performance and value.
• Conducting regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain safety and compliance.
• Managing budgets, procurement, and expenditure efficiently.
• Supporting Centre Managers with operational issues, unit fit-outs, and improvement projects.
• Championing sustainability and energy performance initiatives across your portfolio.
About You
You’re a proactive and hands-on FM professional with strong technical expertise and a commitment to service excellence. You’ll bring:
• 5+ years’ experience managing multi-site or complex commercial FM operations.
• A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems, and their maintenance.
• A recognised technical qualification in M&E, Building Services, or Engineering (HND/Degree preferred).
• IOSH Managing Safely (minimum); NEBOSH or IWFM qualification desirable.
• Strong contractor management, compliance, and budget control skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability with occupiers and stakeholders.
