
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive and hands-on Facilities & Workplace Coordinator to join a highly creative and fast-paced professional studio environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in maintaining high workplace standards and thrives in a people-focused environment. Working as part of a collaborative Facilities and Workplace Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the studio runs smoothly, safely and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
The successful candidate will support a broad range of workplace and facilities activities including operational support, compliance checks, stock and supplier coordination, equipment management, helpdesk administration and general studio support. The role will also contribute to an upcoming office move and wider workplace improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day operation of a busy studio environment, responding to workplace and facilities requests
• Assist with workplace inspections, compliance checks and routine facilities tasks
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and facilities documentation
• Coordinate starter/leaver processes including access cards and workplace equipment
• Support desk moves, locker allocation and workplace reconfiguration activities
• Monitor workplace consumables, PPE and general supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained
• Assist with helpdesk and request management, ensuring tasks are logged and followed through to completion
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams where required
• Support workplace health & safety processes including routine checks and reporting
• Help maintain a professional, safe and well-presented working environment
• Provide practical support during an upcoming studio relocation project
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and confident taking ownership of day-to-day workplace issues
• Comfortable working in a busy, collaborative office/studio environment
• IT literate, with good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
• A clear and professional communicator
• Practical, solutions-focused and adaptable
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable carrying out straightforward hands-on workplace tasks where appropriate
Experience & Skills
Essential
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Accurate record keeping and tracker management
• Confident using Microsoft Office and shared digital systems
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
• Awareness of workplace health & safety principles
Desirable
• Experience within Facilities, Workplace Operations, Office Coordination or similar
• Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems
• Exposure to access control or security administration
• Stock control and supplier coordination experience
• First Aid and/or Fire Warden training
• Experience supporting office moves or workplace projects
Additional Information
This is a fully studio-based role due to the practical nature of the position. Occasional flexibility may be required to support planned out-of-hours facilities activities, although this would be infrequent and agreed in advance.
