Are you ready to make your mark in the heart of London's dynamic property market? Our Client, an established property giant, the largest real estate investment trust focused on central London, is seeking a forward-thinking FM Project Manager to drive innovation and excellence across their prestigious portfolio.

The Opportunity: As an FM Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our clients transformative projects, ensuring the seamless delivery of initiatives that enhance and elevate their properties. From refurbishments to regeneration projects, you'll play a pivotal role in driving value and aligning strategies with their ambitious net-zero carbon objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Lead multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Mobilise new developments and refurbishments, guiding the transition from construction to operational excellence.

• Conduct comprehensive design reviews, optimising building efficiency and functionality.

• Manage contractor and consultant relationships, providing guidance and oversight throughout project lifecycles.

• Champion health and safety best practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated project management expertise, ideally within the facilities management realm.

• Minimum 3 years of FM experience, coupled with a track record of successful project delivery.

• Proficiency in contract negotiation and compliance, with relevant certifications (IWFM, ISOH, NEBOSH) preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation, construction regulations, and building management systems.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, essential for effective stakeholder engagement and teamwork.
