As the Head of Professional Services, you will be the driving force behind the evolution of their professional services department, working closely with the Product Director to carve a path aligned with company goals and client needs.

Your Mission:

Architect the Future: Define the strategic direction of our professional services department, tailored specifically to the facilities management industry.

Craft a Dream Team: Build and nurture a high-performing team of professionals, creating a powerhouse of expertise to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Raise the Bar: Set and uphold departmental processes, standards, and best practices that guarantee consistent and efficient service delivery.

Deliver Excellence: Oversee the delivery of market-leading maintenance solutions, ensuring on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and unmatched quality.

Navigate the Maze: Review and evaluate purchase orders, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company-specific requirements, policies, and contractual agreements.

Be the Maestro: Collaborate with sales and legal teams, providing detailed estimations for requested works and finalizing contractual terms and conditions.

Your Toolkit:

Proven Leadership: Proven experience in managing professional services teams and overseeing software implementation projects, preferably within the facilities management industry.

Industry Savvy: In-depth knowledge of CAFM software, facilities management industry processes, challenges, and emerging trends.

Project Maestro: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

People Whisperer: Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with the power to motivate and inspire teams to conquer challenges in the facilities management domain.

Qualifications:

• Experience is Key: Proven track record in managing professional services teams and software implementation projects.

• Educational Edge: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience. A master's degree is a plus.
