The Role
- Lead day-to-day maintenance across multiple buildings
- Work closely with on-site teams to ensure a great experience for all users
- Improve maintenance systems and processes, including the ticketing system
- Manage contractors, budgets, stock, and asset records
- Support annual planning and drive continuous improvement
- Carry out general maintenance when required and respond to occasional out-of-hours issues
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years’ experience in construction or related field
- Strong building compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work across sites
- Ability to handle urgent issues when needed
