Property Manager Prestige City Asset - Maternity Cover (Ref: 002391)

Central London
/
Between £60,000 - £65,000 + Package (Pro Rata)

We are working in confidence with a premier global property company to appoint a Property Manager for a landmark, Grade A office building in the City of London.

This is a highly visible role within a prestige, multi-let commercial environment, where standards, stakeholder management and customer experience genuinely matter. The successful candidate will take full operational ownership of a flagship asset and play a key role in delivering best-in-class property management aligned to ESG, smart building technology and occupier experience expectations.

The Role

Reporting into a senior estate structure, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of a large, high-profile commercial building, ensuring excellence across service delivery, compliance, presentation and occupier engagement.

This is not a “caretaker PM” role. You’ll be expected to lead, challenge, and improve.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Full oversight of hard and soft services, contractors and service partners

• Driving exceptional standards of building presentation and customer experience

• Service charge budgeting, forecasting and financial control

• Proactive contract management and value optimisation

• Health & Safety leadership, acting as the Responsible Person and Senior Fire Warden

• Close collaboration with asset management, finance and estate teams

• Supporting ESG delivery, smart building initiatives and occupier engagement strategies

What They’re Looking For

This role suits a commercially astute, confident Property Manager who is comfortable operating in a premium environment and dealing with demanding stakeholders.

Essential experience includes:

• Proven management of multi-let commercial property

• Strong service charge and budget management capability

• Contractor and supplier performance management

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Solid understanding of H&S and statutory compliance

Experience working within Grade A or prestige commercial assets will strongly differentiate you.

Why This Role Is Different

Most PM roles talk about responsibility. This one offers real ownership.

You’ll be trusted to run a flagship building, influence decision-making, and be judged on outcomes not activity. For the right individual, this is a genuine career-defining appointment, not just another portfolio role.
