Job Purpose:

As our clients Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of the daily operations, overseeing everything from warehouse logistics to premises maintenance.

Your mission? To ensure seamless operations, uphold top-notch quality standards, and drive our clients team to success!

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion our clients ISO Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards.

• Keep our premises running smoothly, from maintenance to security.

• Lead the charge on health and safety, ensuring regulations are met without compromise.

• Manage all insurances, policies, and procedures with finesse.

• Optimize workload scheduling to meet targets efficiently.

• Spearhead production, procurement, and planning activities.

• Coordinate operational decisions and align them with business needs.

• Maintain impeccable product management and delivery standards.

• Cultivate the growth and success of our clients warehouse and logistics teams.

• Negotiate and maintain our clients company's mobile phone contract like a pro.

Success Measures:

• Foster open communication with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

• Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols for flawless operations.

• Smooth reaccreditation processes with zero non-conformities as the target.

• Boost the efficiency of organizational processes and procedures.

• Keep operational activities on track and within budget.

• Lead, motivate, and support our clients team in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance business efficiency.

Person Specification:

• Must be able to easily travel to the Essex office and flex across other locations in London.

• Experience in implementing and managing ISO9001, 14001, and 45001 standards is a must.

• Certifications in IOSH and CSCS are desirable.

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager in a similar industry is preferred.

• Ability to thrive under pressure with a customer-focused mindset.

• Strong relationship-building skills and a knack for effective collaboration.
