Are you a proactive maintenance professional looking for your next regional role? We’re working on behalf of a well-established organisation to find a talented Regional Maintenance Manager who will play a key role in keeping multiple sites safe, compliant, and fully operational.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role that offers both responsibility and flexibility — ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, has a strong technical background, and enjoys solving problems across a varied property portfolio.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for site teams, remotely managing maintenance queries and technical issues.

• Liaising with contractors and suppliers, ensuring high-quality, timely service and addressing any performance concerns.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing building maintenance across multiple, complex sites.

• Strong technical knowledge in M&E and building fabric maintenance.

• Expertise in fire alarm and life safety systems, including current compliance standards and legislation.

• Ability to assess and specify repairs accurately.

• A solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations and best practice.

What’s in it for you:

• A generous 25 days holiday from day one.

• Dedicated Training and Learning & Development support, including vocational qualifications.

• Health cash plan to support everyday medical needs.

• Cycle to Work scheme and life insurance cover.

• Access to exclusive retail discounts.

• Flexible remote working, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact across a diverse portfolio.
