Are you an energetic and driven Facilities Management professional looking to lead our prestigious client contract in central London? We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a high-touch workspace environment, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Role Overview:

As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for delivering 5-star FM services including M&E, Cleaning, Reprographics, and Logistics. You will lead a dedicated team to achieve service excellence, meeting client requirements and exceeding expectations. Your role will involve strategic management of our client’s portfolio, fostering strong client relationships, and driving continuous improvement across service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to ensure high service levels and response times.

• Maintain adherence to client standards, SLAs, and KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

• Implement quality control and performance measurement procedures.

• Build and nurture client relationships through effective communication.

• Identify service gaps and develop innovative solutions for business growth.

• Manage budgetary responsibilities and financial accountability.

• Conduct team training and performance management.

• Deliver accurate reports on service delivery and performance.

• Coordinate daily operations and project works seamlessly.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management within a corporate environment.

• Proven leadership experience with large teams.

• Strong budget management and strategic planning skills.

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage workload effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CAFM systems.
