The Opportunity: We're currently seeking a full-time Senior Manager. This role is not just about keeping the lights on and the heating working – it's about ensuring that the entire site operates at peak efficiency, supporting customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of maintenance, including Mechanical, Electrical, Building Fabric, and Grounds.

• Provide strategic direction to ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.

• Manage a team of managers, coordinators, supervisors, and administrators.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and health & safety standards.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.

• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree/HND/HNC in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services or equivalent experience.

• Extensive experience in building services and facilities management.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusivity.

• Willingness to be part of an on-call rota for emergencies.
