Are you ready to lead a dynamic team responsible for the heartbeat of the iconic London Estate? We're seeking a visionary Operations Engineering Manager to take the reins of our clients Operations Engineers, M&E Supervisors, and in-house team.

Financial Stewardship: Ensure financial, tender, and contract management aligns with internal procedures, delivering best value for money. Monitor contractor performance to ensure works meet budgetary targets while maintaining the highest standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, communicate progress, and ensure customer expectations are not just met but exceeded. Lead preparations for high-profile events, showcasing your organizational prowess.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Chartered Engineer: CEng or equivalent qualification, showcasing your expertise in historic and listed buildings.

Project Management Pro: Extensive experience in project management with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Maestro: Proven ability to manage relationships at senior management and board levels, with diplomatic and collaborative communication skills.

Financial Wizard: Strong commercial acumen, budget management, and cost control experience within a value-for-money environment.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering property services with a customer-driven approach, committed to rigorous internal customer service and continuous improvement.

Tech Savvy: IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office and CAD. Experience with a Building Management System is a plus.

Practical Requirements:

Flexibility: 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends during major events or when the Court is in residence.

Emergency Response: Be ready to assist with emergencies throughout the Estate, showcasing your commitment to the role.
