Key Responsibilities: Unlocking the Potential of Space

Data Wizardry:

• Dive into a sea of data from diverse sources to unearth insights into space utilization and occupancy levels across our expansive estate.

• Identify trends and patterns, weaving a narrative that guides our journey toward space optimization and efficiency.

• Craft and maintain space management dashboards, transforming complex data into easily accessible and actionable insights.

Project Maverick:

• Collaborate with the Space Strategy and Feasibility Manager on developing business cases and feasibility studies that drive innovation.

• Be the driving force behind space management projects, from audits to occupancy studies, ensuring a seamless and efficient transformation.

• Embrace the future with the implementation of cutting-edge technology platforms, bringing to life new software and sensors for enhanced space management.

Communication Maestro:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, weaving a tapestry of insights into space utilisation across the group.

• Consult with stakeholders to craft space management dashboards that speak to their needs and aspirations.

• Communicate your findings and recommendations with clarity and impact, using the power of data visualization to tell compelling stories.

Strategic Visionary:

• Contribute to the development of Group's Space Strategy by providing data-backed insights into space utilisation and occupancy.

• Stay ahead of the curve, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in space management and workplace transformation.

• Play a pivotal role in shaping policies and procedures that align seamlessly with the Group's Space Strategy.

What We’re Looking For: Your Superpowers

Essential:

• Mastery of property data management systems, with a penchant for systems such as IWMS.

• Proven experience in a data-driven real estate or property role, coupled with the ability to build and deliver analytics solutions.

• Proficiency in developing and executing property strategy and space modeling techniques.

• A collaborative spirit that thrives on working with diverse teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in space management or real estate analysis, with a keen eye for trends and best practices.

• Skills in data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software, are highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with database management systems, data warehousing, and data integration processes.
