We have been asked to find an experienced and forward-thinking Workplace Manager for a prestigious organisation with a global presence.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations in their London office, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver an outstanding workplace experience. With a strong focus on sustainability, employee wellbeing, and operational excellence, this role offers both responsibility and visibility at the heart of a respected international firm.

The Role

As Workplace Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the London office while driving continuous improvements in service delivery and sustainability. You will play a pivotal role in managing the upcoming office move, shaping the new space, and embedding best practice in workplace management.

Your remit will cover:

• Leading on facilities operations, contracts, and supplier management.

• Acting as the first point of contact for all workplace matters.

• Overseeing reception, housekeeping, and hospitality services.

• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and security requirements.

• Managing budgets, projects, and space planning.

• Embedding sustainability across daily operations, including maintaining ISO14001 certification and engaging staff in environmental initiatives.

• Supporting staff experience through wellbeing, cultural, and engagement programmes.

About You

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and proactive professional who brings:

• A proven background in facilities or workplace management, ideally in a corporate or professional services setting.

• Strong knowledge of UK workplace regulations, health & safety, and compliance.

• Demonstrable project management experience — ideally including office moves.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing workplace culture.

• A genuine interest in sustainability and creating greener workplaces.

• IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications (or equivalent) are desirable.
