To strengthen its internal Facilities team, ISG appointed Maxwell Stephens to recruit a Facilities Co-ordinator—a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of its London headquarters.
The Challenge
Although often viewed as an operational role, the Facilities Co-ordinator position required an individual capable of balancing multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional workplace experience.
The successful candidate would be responsible for:
• Coordinating the daily operation of the office, reception and post room functions.
