The Challenge

The Building & Services Manager role was one of the most technically demanding facilities management appointments within the UK sporting sector. The successful candidate would take responsibility for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of critical building services across one of the world's most recognised sporting venues, while preparing the estate for an event where operational failure is not an option.

Reporting into senior estates leadership, the role combined strategic planning with hands-on technical oversight across a complex estate incorporating sporting venues, hospitality facilities, broadcast infrastructure, corporate offices and public areas.
