Newham College is one of London's largest further education institutions, supporting approximately 12,000 students each year across a diverse portfolio of educational, vocational and community facilities. It operates from 17 sites, including major campuses in East Ham and Stratford, specialist training centres, community learning hubs and the Fashion and Textile Museum, and plays a vital role in supporting learners across East London.

As part of its long-term strategic ambitions, which include significant estate redevelopment projects and a commitment to achieving Outstanding status, the College required a Head of Estates & Facilities Management to lead the management and development of its extensive property portfolio. The Challenge

Newham College needed a senior estates and facilities leader who could manage a complex, multi-site estate while supporting a significant programme of organisational and estate transformation. The appointee would have to balance strategic planning with operational delivery, keeping facilities services efficient, compliant and aligned with the College's long-term objectives.
