Maxwell Stephens’ client are seeking an experienced Facilities Project, who is used to scoping and planning projects, as well as managing an in-house team and coordinating contractors to carry out these works.
This role will be based in Birmingham 4 out of the 5 days a week- this is a national role so 1 day of the working week would involve travelling to other sites.
This role requires ideally an immediate start- notice periods may be considered. Surveying / pricing experience is key.
- Managing the estates
- Scoping out and planning of projects
- Moves and changes
- Generalist background of FM
- Contractor management
- Transport knowledge
- Looking at capital- management of budgets etc.
