Our client are a large corporate organisation with a large office near the south coast.
Responsibilities in this role will include assisting the Head of FM in a variety of aspects (mainly soft FM) and deal with some minor projects on site. You will ensure front of house levels are continually improved and maintained to a corporate standard.
- Health, Safety Environmental management
- Maintenance of the facilities in line with local good practice.
- Contractor management of security, cleaning, etc
- To pro-actively manage costs whilst maintaining and/or improving service levels.
