Back to Vacancies ListAs an electrical or mechanical engineer, you will help lead various compliance and validation-related projects relating to facilities and maintenance within a biotech environment.

Responsibilities will include:
- Own and implement the Facilities Change Control Process
- Participate in and lead various compliance and validation-related projects
- Create and update documents for compliance requirements
- Work closely with both the quality and life-cycle management departments to establish all facilities requirements
- Liaise and consult across the business regarding biotech practices and standards
- Work closely with the facilities; operations & maintenance teams to establish operational compliance to meet FDA / MHRA / ISO requirements
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures and see that policies are adhered to
- Participate in ISO, OHSAS, FDA certification programs
- Provide on-going support to all facilities projects
- Provide remote and on-site support to regional projects and sites within EMEA region
- Global alignment of EMEA facilities with USA counterparts
Preferred Skills, Experience and Educational Background:
- Previous relevant working experience, preferably within a biotech or semiconductor facilities environment
- Experience in establishing documentation and protocols
- Ability to work independently and liaise with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Must be committed and good team player
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
- Flexibility regarding work overtime when necessary
- Proficient with various software applications programs including SAP, MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
