About the client:

Our client is a very exciting, creative and dynamic International Media agency based in London near Oxford street. Their offices offer a lively and welcoming place to work with their people being at the forefront of what they do. This client can provide solid foundations for building a professional career in an exciting company where people are encouraged to learn, develop new skills and progress their careers. They are looking for an inspirational, experienced, charismatic and highly skilled H&S professional to lead the compliance and assist the facilities team by taking responsibility for and enhancing H&S for the UK & Global Head Office’s.

As the Health & Safety and Compliance Manager you will be responsible for the UK & Global Head Office guidelines and you will play a significant role as the face and voice of their business and will lead by example demonstrating the highest levels of service and compliance. You will also play a leading role ensuring the Head Offices are well maintained, well presented, safe, and secure.

The UK & Global Head Office in London will be moving to new flagship, state of the art headquarters in Q1 2022 and this successful candidate will work as a key part of the wider PFM team and the Director of PFM in mobilising the new premises.

From the client:

“The focus is on the right individual, with the right calibre and with the right seniority/experience – we are building a professional FM services team that needs to be watertight focussing on compliance, process and service delivery. The environment is a very diverse & dynamic Media agency and so this approach to FM & HSE needs to be embedded, while operating under the ‘skin’ of the business but importantly without changing the dynamic nature of our business or stifling creativity…

The role is to lead H&S and Environmental for our Head Office (2 sites opposite each other comprising circa 200,000 sqft.) We are focussing on bringing the service delivery model up to a professional standard and need a strong charismatic individual with great personal skills but an aptitude on how to manage things properly, efficiently, compliantly and in a robust manner.

There is a clear opportunity to develop as we are building a state of the art building nearby which will consolidate all of our London based brands. We will be sole occupiers of the 330,000 sq ft award winning, BREEAM outstanding building next to Facebook in Triton Square by Warren St in the West End. The successful candidate will play a key part in mobilising this site and running it when we have moved over”.
