Maxwell Stephens is recruiting for the role of Facilities Manager: Hard Services on behalf of a globally recognised client. You will be responsible for the safe and compliant upkeeping and ongoing improvement of the mechanical, electrical, heating , ventilation, air conditioning etc.
You will be leading a team of six engineers and support and occasionally lead on minor projects and improvements.
For this role you will have a building services qualification and experience in hard services management as well as H&S qualification.
You are a problem solver, who works well with others by being able to drive excellence.
You will be competent when using IT applications, including outlook, excel and word.
You mange planned preventative maintenance programs and regimes to ensure the workplace, welfare and legal compliance. This includes H&S compliance.
You will budget and cost manage.
As part of this role you will ensure that any maintenance repairs are swiftly dealt with.
Manage and develop the develop the maintenance team.
