Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Assistant Facilities Manager who will work with the Facilities Manager to successfully deliver all hard and soft services.



About You

 You have an IOSH Level 3 Managing Safely alongside an industry specific qualification or equivalent experience.

As well as this you have experience working within the FM industry as well as supervising events and project work.

You are able to build excellent relationships while being passionate about customer service and deliver results by working with people.

You have a high level of self-accountability and are able to self-motivate to get tasks done.

 Your Responsibilities

 As part of this role you will ensure that all compliance actions are addresses within SLA and Health and Safety management records are maintained accurately.

You will undertake monthly property inspections and weekly vacant unit inspections to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

You will report any necessary repairs of equipment, building fabric/fixtures.

As well as all this you will also ensure personal ongoing development through performance monitoring.

This role will require to work on a shift pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off over 7 days. Working hours being 7:00 – 16:00 and 14:00 – 23:00.
