Maxwell Stephens are delighted to have been asked out client to recruit for the role of Quality and Technical Manager who will assist in the strategic management of product safety, quality assurance and supply chain integrity.
You are educated to a degree level or with an equivalent qualification as well as being HARA qualified with an IOSH qualification in Managing Safely.
You have the ability to identify needs and issues while working to provide innovative solutions to problems.
Your ability to work with others with a flexible and can do approach has lead you to developing high performing teams.
As well as all this you have experience working in a manufacturing environment especially with automated production.
You will work with other members of the senior leadership team to ensure that goals and objectives are met. This will include you presenting technical information and any trending information at management meetings.
As part of this role you will mange the Internal Audit System while acting as the legionella control manager.
You will ensure that legislative compliance in all technical areas.
Furthermore, you will also monitor performance, this includes conducting audits if required.
