Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Customer Services Manager.

This a new role and you will be responsible for the deployment of engineers and managing the PPM program of equipment on site.

You be responsible for ensuring that the customer experience is first class.

About You

 You have relevant service management experience gained with experience in a customer facing and/or a fast paced environment.

You are a leader who is able to influence and communicate effectively which will benefit you in your responsibility of leading 6-10 direct reports.

As well as this you are orientated around providing excellent customer service and striving for continuous improvements while at the same time generating ideas to ensure this.

You are well developed in using IT and are familiar with latest developments in technology.


Your Responsibilities

 In this role you will develop KPIs and targets to ensure that maintenance and quality standards are always high.

You will provide monthly and ad hoc management reporting.

As part of this role you will manage operational risk to ensure that all risks are understood and managed.

You will provide advice and guidance on customer service led activity.

Day to day you will be responsible for your direct reports.
