Maxwell Stephens has been asked on behalf of the client to recruit a dedicated an experienced Facilities Manager to develop and maintain high levels of customer experience.
In this role you may have line manager responsibilities for the Assistant Facilities Manager.
In this role you will have several key responsibilities which will aid you in delivering a high levels of customer experience.
You will use your communication skills to liaise with different stakeholder including occupiers and contractors.
As part of this role you will deliver financial management.
You will monitor vacant/void property in conjunction with the client’s insurance policy.
This role will see you establish and maintain proper site records in accordance with best practice.
You will assist in the submission of insurance claims relating to incidents on site insurance and regulatory requirements.
