In this integral role you will ensure that a first class service is provided by building strong and long last partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
This will see you work alongside a dynamic team to manage responsibilities with varying degrees of functions and duties.
Your professionalism makes your customer service exceptional. This is emphasised by your excellent communication.
This also helps you work effectively in a team while quickly building relationships and trust.
You are experienced in facilities or building management.
You are able to effectively manage yourself while prioritising tasks. This helps you in your commitment to excellence.
You will manage the building holistically from liaising with customers to ensuring the building is safe and fully maintained.
In this role you will deal with and assist customer queries.
This role will see you be totally familiar with the building, its construction, the services provided, plant and equipment as well as the fire and security systems.
You will undertake monthly meter readings.
Your proactive nature will see you continually look for ways to improve the service.
As well as this you will manage all site related H&S and environmental issues.
