Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of a film and media company for a Receptionist.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all company clients, guests and visitors, greeting all guests in a professional, welcoming and hospitable manner.

Your Role

You will be responsible for answering the telephone and any email enquiries in a professional manner.

You will provide superior customer service at all times and be responsible for the creation and distribution of security passes for both staff and visitors. You will ensure the building security is maintained.

You will manage the calendars of various meeting rooms and manage the booking of taxis an private car hire for clients and staff.

You will assist both clients and staff with any queries they have, putting them in touch with the correct department. You will be the first point of contact for first aid emergencies and contacting the appropriate first aiders.

You will keep track of in-house clients and inter-office visitors. You will also maintain the internal directory system.

You will also be responsible for NDA’s.

Skills and Experience

You will have 2 years’ experience in a reception or switchboard role and experience in a fast-paced client orientated role.

You will have the ability to work under pressure and find solutions while remaining professional at all times.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This will assist your client-centred approach. You will have a good level of computer skills including familiarity with MS Office.

You will be a strong team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will be confident, outgoing and friendly.
