Asset Management Assistant

The Asset Management Assistant will assist Asset Management team to manage and control the portfolio asset list.
Your Role
You will strive to contribute and add value to the further development, maintenance and improvement of the Strategic Asset Management System seeking out best practices, effectively supporting and championing technology and new ways of working.
You will ensure that Health & Safety at work legislation is fully observed and adhered to at all times.
You will be responsible for developing a detailed understanding of the project documentation and associated schedules. You will be proactive in interpreting contractual issues.
You will work with and assist General Managers, Operational Managers, Asset Managers and the wider team. You will build strong and effective relationships and optimise partnerships with all stakeholders.
You will attend meetings and produce professional meeting minutes to record agreements.
You will contribute to company activities, meeting and audits as required. You will also produce regular update trackers and schedules to ensure team resilience.
Skills and Experience
You will have experience of data management, maintenance and status reporting. You will also have experience in asset due diligence, working with new digital technology and working with both partnerships and stakeholders.
You will be professional and confident in your approach. You will be analytically minded, resilient and able to work under pressure.
You will have the ability to work individually or as a positive member within a team. You will be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing. You will have good presentation skills.
You will have an A Level or an equivalent qualification.
