Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of a property company for a Technical Operations Manager.

The Technical Operations Manager will assist and support the Centre Management team in implementing policies and procedures consistently across all assets, to seek efficiencies and improvement in procedures and assisting with onboarding and training of site staff.



Your Role

You will oversee the successful delivery of all contracted and ad-hoc services on site ensuring service partners deliver all contractual obligations and identifying and delivering improved efficiencies and cost savings where possible.

You will ensure administration and documentation is up to date and correct. You will maintain an overview of compliance systems (Meridian, KSCs, Service Charge timetable) and report regularly on compliance. You will also produce monthly KPI reports and assist in the preparation of the monthly management reports.

You will ensure compliance with all current legislation and recommended standards. Verify Contractors Risk Assessments are up to date and appropriate to building and maintenance tasks.

You will analyse and manage all engineering data/reports, ensuring that appropriate action/follow up is achieved. You will identify & agree specialist consultant roles and review consultants brief on a regular basis.

Skills and Experience

You will be customer focused with a flexible attitude to working. You will have experience in a technical operations role.

You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be computer literate. You will also have strong presentation skills with strong leadership skills.

You will be able to manage budgets. You will have Energy and Environmental knowledge as well as Health and Safety knowledge.

You will be confident and pro-active in your approach. You will have the ability to listen and maintain confidentiality. You will be a strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to motivate.
