Head of Maintenance Strategy and Planning
Back to Vacancies ListMaxwell Stephens is delighted to be recruiting for the role of Head of Maintenance Strategy and Planning who will lead on strategic management and development of all aspects of maintenance planning.
As well as this you will have an understanding of issues affecting maintenance in a large built environment.
About You
You are educated to a degree level or equivalent in an asset management, construction or building services.
Alongside this you have a NEBOSH construction safety certificate or an equivalent.
As well as the educational aspects you also have experience in planning and managing maintenance programmes and extensive experience in leading and supporting multi-disciplinary teams and developing cross functional team working.
You are open to challenges and are able to use data and risk analysis to guide decision making.
All of this is aided by your communication skills which enable you to lead projects with confidence and present convincing arguments to an audience.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead and manage a team and communicate with stakeholders and other supply chain members.
As well as this you will adopt a flexible approach to all you key responsibilities.
These key responsibilities include, operational planning, financial planning and take responsibility for maintenance strategy.
Throughout all of this you will need to forecast for the future and guide our decision making.
You will use CAFM systems to ensure operational service delivery is effectively supported.
