Real Estate Facilities Manager
Back to Vacancies ListMaxwell Stephens, the UK’s leading facilities management recruitment company, has been appointed by the client to find an analytical, approachable and organised Real Estate Manager to liaise with the clients businesses and regional management functions.
Responsible for services across one main City of London location and some other smaller global offices to maximise operational delivery while acting as project manager you’ll provide pro-active monitoring of all activities. You’ll be an integral part of a dynamic and motivated team to ensure the development and ongoing management of all locations.
What Will Your Responsibilities Be?
In addition to acting as project manager you will be responsible for implementing a culture of continuous improvement while delivering projects. You will follow EHS guidelines to maintain a Zero Harm Culture while being conscious of operation quality, timing and budgets.
This means you will work closely to manage budgets, to procure appropriate contractors and suppliers as well as taking ownership of any other relevant areas to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Your organised manner will make you more than capable of devising and implementing asset management plans and preparing annual management budgets.
Occasional International travel is something that will be part of this role.
About You
You will be significantly experienced in management, including project and location and particularly in managing the facility services in corporate office sites. A strong leader who has the ability to lead projects by using their strong communication skills. You will have a level of knowledge in the field of financial services or a comparable industry.
You will hold a degree level qualification in facilities or project management and ideally have completed by an internationally recognised Project Management and EHS certifications.
