Back to Vacancies ListMaxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Facilities and Property Manager who will .manage the property portfolio to maximise organisational income from all the buildings.
Part of this role will see you manage and motivate staff to ensure a quality and efficient service.
About You
For this role you will have a professional qualification in property maintenance and/or facilities management or equivalent experience.
Alongside this you have experience in managing complex organisations.
This is all aided by your excellent communication skills which allow you to communicate and work with people at all level both internally and externally.
You approach to things is one that is both flexible and responsive which allows you to ensure that you are driving customer focussed results always, this is all made possible with your excellent organisational skills.
Your Responsibilities
In this role you will ensure that the client always achieves the highest standards of property management and development.
You will lead on all matters relating to compliance with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
For this role you would ensure there is the effective delivery of all the facilities and building services operations and compliance including maintenance and repairs, security and public facing customer service and reception provision.
As part of this role you will ensure there is an up-to-date asset register and valuation.
