Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked by our client to recruit for the role of Customer Service Director who will play a key role in strategic and operational leadership.

You will ensure the continuous improvement and delivery of customer service. As well as this you will be responsible for identifying and developing all culture, process and performance improvements and efficiencies for the customer.

About You

 For this role you will have extensive experience in managing operational customer service teams.

You are customer focused. This is aided by your excellent communication skills which enable you to have continuous high standards of customer service but also to lead your teams successfully.

As well as this you have proven management experience at a senior level and a track record for exceeding targets.

For this role you will be able to adapt in an ever-changing environment.



Your Responsibilities

 In this role you will have serval key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for Cost Centre budgets.

As well as this you will implement and continually improve customer satisfaction metrics this will be aided by your empowerment and engagement of the customer service team.

You will help to drive better sales through service. You will need to ensure you are driving quality and consistency.

This role will see you continually develop improvements and embed successful change projects.

In this role you will develop and monitor systems (KPIs, targets) for ensuring the maintenance of performance and quality standards in the delivery of customer services and logistics are achieved.
