Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked by our client to recruit for the role of Facilities Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for the clients London portfolio, ensuring the management and delivery of services. As part of this role you will build relationships with all stakeholders.

You will also implement full Health and Safety compliance across all the properties in the portfolio.

About You

 For this role you will have A-Level or equivalent level of education, along with a relevant professional qualification. If you have an IOSH or a NEBOSH this would be great too.

 Alongside this you have significant experience of working in Facilities Management across commercial property.

You are a people person and are able to communicate at a high level, with excellent time management and organisation skills. This will enable you to manage contractors and staff as well as work in teams.

You have a technical understanding of how a building works from an M&E point of view.

Your Responsibilities

 In this role you will manage and oversee all works, both planned and reactive.

You will undertake regular site inspections and monitor the state of repair of all properties .

You will direct and coordinate services such as reception, security, cleaning and maintenance.

As well as this you will act as the point of contact for all stakeholders, this includes tenants.

You will write and provide reports both internally and externally for management and other parties, as and when requested.

This role will see you ensure full compliance of current and impending Health and Safety legalisation. This includes, Health and Safety reports and Risk Assessments.

Alongside this you will ensure all accident reporting procedures are implemented.
