Maxwell Stephens has been asked by the client to recruit for the role of Executive Hospitality Manager.

In this new position you will support and facilitate key Board events wherever the occur across the London portfolio.

There is a focus on the successful planning and execution of all key elements and controlled outputs.

Your Responsibilities

Using your excellent organisation skills you will maintain accurate records with support from the executive assistant community inc. names and contact information of all executive and non-executive board members.

In this role you will be the main point of contact for all queries and requests related to the board meetings with focus on the planning and service delivery elements.

You will book meeting rooms for each event including time for preparation and dress-down periods.

Part of this role will include managing the guest experience at the point of access and exit for all attendees for the duration of each event. Part of this will include ensuring the optimum environment during each event with care and attention paid to light levels, ambient temperatures, cleanliness, furniture, fixtures and equipment.

As a great communicator you will liaise with IT and telephony to ensure all data management / presentation systems and equipment are fully operational during presentation periods.

You will oversee restaurant bookings when requested by the EA team or after direct guest and visitor requests while ensuring you manage diary requirements and seek information on allergies from event hosts.

You will support staff to be presentable and easily identified.
