Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Workplace Coordinator working for a fantastic tech company.
In this role you will be responsible for executing all operational workplace activities across the office while ensuring the highest standards of day-to-day operation across the office.
For this role you will have 2+ years experience in similar roles.
Alongside this you have experience on CAD or similar space management software.
You are able to use your own initiative and conduct yourself in a professional manager particularly when working with external contacts This is aided by your excellent communication skills.
As well as this you enjoy working in teams and are a great collaborator who is capable of working with others to find solutions to complex problems.
You will oversee daily cleaning and porterage services while ensuring that standards are maintained at all times.
As part of this role you will be responsible for site fire safety and first ai by ensuring that safety equipment is checked, training records are maintained and health and safety information is communicated to employees.
Furthering this you will also check all first aid boxes and AEDs.
You will oversee contracts and call-outs.
This role will see you support with team admin too, which includes ordering stationary and supplies.
